“Much gratitude to MR. TIRE, and especially to Scott Polito!! I recently visited a relative in Kennesaw for the weekend. As I was leaving Sunday morning for a 2+ hour drive, I realized my back passenger tire was completely flat! A large nail was embedded in the tread. AAA came out and put the spare on, but they do not do replace tires. I was already stretched for time, now this! Out of several tire companies nearby, MR. TIRE was the ONLY business open on Sunday. I called and got an immediate appointment. I was greeted by Scott Polito. He and his team were able to repair the damaged tire and saved me the cost of replacing it. The service was done quickly and they checked my other tires too. Scott was kind, courteous, and professional. Thanks to the great customer care and service from Scott and his team, I had a safe drive and made my destination on time. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Kennesaw area. Or traveling through, like me.”

“I went to the Kennesaw Costco to add air to my tires. Before I began, a very kind employee from the tire center who happened to be in the parking lot took the time to explain exactly how to do it specifically for my car. Somehow I wound up screwing it up and deflating one of my tires. ? That is when I sought the help of another employee, Cordell. He graciously helped me by making sure all of my tires had the correct amount of air. I really appreciated his help, especially since I had a doctor’s appointment to get to quickly. If it had not been for Cordell’s willingness to help me, I would have missed it. I sure do appreciate his swift action and not making me feel dumb about messing it up to begin with. This definitely motivates me to continue getting my tires at Costco. Well done!”
