I just lost my dad, hence the need for the unit, and these ladies were kind, compassionate and so so helpful. They provided peace of mind and convenience during this tough time. “Ms. Debbie Anglin, Manager of the Busbee Pkwy, Kennesaw property, never ceases to.amaze me! I got to my unit on September 12 and couldn't get the unit door to open. I tried everything, but it didn't budge. I decided to go to the office and seek help. Ms. Anglin was there, and she followed me to the unit. She told.me some items were blocking the door from opening. To my surpeise, she got on her back and slid her foot through the little opening to push the items in. We got the door open, and she stayed to help me reposition the items to ensure the door won't be stuck again. She even got a cramp in her leg while pushing the stuff in! And she kept a great attitude through it all. I truly appreciate her!!! Thank you, Ms. Anglin. God bless you mightily!!! You are awesome.”

Michael went beyond our expectations helping us move all of our stuff from one trailer to the other. The trailer we got was extremely clean and in a great condition. “Not sure about the negative reviews about this location? I would assume like any service industry people don't like anything to go wrong and ping the site with a negative review. The place is obviously successful given the traffic and people using their service. I have used this place multiple times from storage for my father in-law, to my own move. I have have also recently had a tow hitch installed and have nothing but positive things to say about this location and the people there. I would highly recommend this location and i don't post reviews often”
