“Overall, this is a great store, but I would like to complement one person in particular. Terry escorted me around recommending cheese, crackers, and other charcuterie supplies. She demonstrated superior customer service!”

“One of the best Publix’s I’ve been to. I went in thinking it’d be like most the rest and I was mistaken. The staff seemed in good spirit and Chad at the deli was incredibly pleasant.”

“My family has been shopping at the Publix on Bell’s Ferry Road (Orchard Square) for 26 years. The personal, including the customer service, cashiers, pharmacist and pharmacy techs are the best! We have never had any issues that was not handled promptly and without question. We’ve always been able to find the products we needed. While most other stores no longer offer to help carry out the groceries, Publix still has this convenience. We love this store! Thank you Publix for the best customer service!”

“Some Sale items confusing (example Northern toilet paper--sign posted under item reads $5.99 -$1.00=$4.99 ). When I get home and review my receipt. I find that I paid $5.99. $ 6.99-$1.00. I was about to return to store but reviewed weekly ad again and saw that $ 4.99 was the price if I purchased 4 particular items. A week or so earlier, I had a similar experience with a pint of strawberries. The sign under the berries read $1.99. I purchased 2 pints, only to discover later that I paid $3.29 each. I also purchased flour tortillas that day. There was no price/rather I didn't see a sign. I forgot to watch the register during check out. The package had 8 tortillas in it and the price was about $5. I spent $94 @Kroger that day. About 2 weeks earlier, I spent over$100, at Kroger . Currently, I spend about $300 per/mo. at Kroger. Over 20 years, I have shopped Kroger when there are 3 Publixs, nearby. I am troubled and wondering is it time to change grocery stores.
Thank you.

I can go to him with very personal questions and he is very easy to talk with and very personable, it’s almost like having a conversation with your friend. He is a huge asset to the company and I’m very grateful for his professionalism.”

“This Publix has been conveniently located many years on my way to work and back home. It's a clean store and the staff members are always willing to help. It must be a great place to work since some of the employees have been there longer than forever. The bakery department is the best. However, Publix has a great selection of grocery items as well as magazines, beauty supplies, produce, flowers, wines, and then some. The only problem is their pricing. Publix is really expensive! Unless I'm in a desperate need of something, I usually shop there only for a few items or fresh bread and pastry. Sometimes when they have buy one get one free sale, it's a great time to save money.”

“Amazing service and help from the pharmacy staff. They were so kind to help me transfer my newborn's prescription from another pharmacy, and they made sure it was in stock and ready asap. They were all so very kind, and actually seem to care about the patient. Highly recommend.”

“This Kroger location is staffed by young people who are helpful and give attention to customer service. Front end help is the best at self checkout. The guy who's always up is great at his job. When I choose to go to this store instead of Publix it's because I know that he will get folks through the lines. We'll managed store. Clean, good selection and prices.”

“Visited this pharmacy for the first time yesterday.Interior / ExteriorThis place was very hard for me to find. I was traveling from Marietta (north on Cobb Pkwy) and for some reason, my navigation had me turn left on Pine Mountain Court ... then right on Pine Mountain Way ... then left on Pine Mountain Rd. Almost immediately after I turned left on to Pine Mountain Rd, it announced that I'd arrived at my location. I was next to bunch of trees. I made a U-turn and turned left into the parking lot I'd just passed, but it turned out to be the Masjid Suffah mosque. I drove around for 20 minutes before I actually found the pharmacy. If you turn left on Pine Mountain Rd, they're a few feet ahead on the right. The sign at the street will say Cedar Creek Professional Center. There's plenty of parking. The interior is pretty barebones. It's mainly filled with boxes and packaging materials. Keep in mind, it's not a pharmacy WITH a sterile compounding pharmacy inside. It's solely a pharmacy & compounding pharmacy so there's no OTC meds, DME, snacks or tchotchkes.Price / ValueUnsure how they compare to other pharmacies with regards to pricing because they're the only local pharmacy (I'm aware of) that compounds the injectable my Dr. prescribed. There is a significant discount for purchasing 3 months upfront, but since I wasn't certain how well I'll do / if I can tolerate it, I went with one month for now.Customer ServiceI saw all the previous reviews and about how hard they are to reach on the phone - and I gotta say - it's true. They are EXTREMELY hard to reach on the phone. When I was driving around panicking that they were going to close before I located them - I called 3 times to ask for help finding the building and could not get anyone to answer the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist wasn't on the phone - she was sitting at the desk - and I was still on hold - so I'm not sure what that was about. I think the people who answer the phones are in the back and there's a sign 'Now Hiring,' so I guess they're really short-staffed and that contributes to the phone answering issues. The voicemail greeting is also insanely long - and the option to speak to a patient care representative is listed AFTER the option to share your info for text updates. And it's the same # / option - so the greeting seems a bit convoluted. Before I ever visited, I got a phone call from them to collect payment. I told them I wanted to speak to my prescribing physician and I would call back in a few days. Each day, I got an automated call reminding me that I had an Rx there. But here's what's weird: the Rx wasn't even ready. The woman I'd spoken to said it would take 4 - 6 weeks after collecting my payment, for me to receive the Rx. And if I picked it up (versus shipping), it would be roughly 4 - 6 days. She was kinda snippy. And when I called back to pay, I spoke to another woman who was a little condescending and she kept interrupting me / not truly listening to me - so it made the conversation take WAY longer than it should have.So the automated system calling daily to remind a person that there's a Rx that's been called in, even once you talked to a staff member ... that seems like a bit much. I think the overall ordering process / system needs some tweaking.Despite all that, once I arrived and got my Rx, I asked if I could speak to someone about the Rx and that's when my customer service experience completely changed.Adam (the pharmacist on duty that day) was so patient and kind.He explained how I'd need to 'pinch an inch' at the '3pm or 9pm positions,' two or three inches away from my navel. He explained the importance of cleaning the vial's rubber stopper (the sternum) and my tummy, using the provided alcohol swabs, before injecting myself. That reminds me, the receptionist gave me my vial in sealed plastic mailer, but she neglected to give me syringes or alcohol pads, so if I hadn”

“Jimmy, Patrick, Megan and the rest of the pharmacy at my local Kroger in Kennesaw off Cherokee St. is absolutely awesome! They always go above and beyond to make sure me and my whole family's medications are refilled on time, always in stock! They are kind and courteous! Hands down the best pharmacy and grocery store in Cobb County and I been coming here 30 years!”

“I stopped in for passport photos ($16.99, also noted on website) for my kiddos. This was my first time stopping at this location. Plenty of parking and they even have self-checkout at the register. I was able to find one associate working and she was a delight! Her name was Brittany and she was so sweet, very patient with my two kiddos and overall such a great help with their passport photos. While assisting us, she was also assisting other customers at the self-checkout, register, order pick-ups, and another customer who needed passport photos. I was wondering if she was the only person working but she did it all! With a smile! I would've felt so overwhelmed so Brittany definitely had a great handle on everything. She assisted me at the register and offered a savings program to me. I don't typically shop at CVS but now I will definitely swing by this location since we had such a great experience and customer service!”

“Generally good experience but some products are just too cheap, for example the 4 pack Complete Home LED NIght Light.... $13.99. The package doesn't tell you the LEDs are so dim as to be practically useless. I had already thrown the package out or I would have taken them back.Beware of Made in China products.... specs are often over-hyped!”
