I was at Bound for a few drop ins and can only recommend it to anyone in the Kennesaw area.
The Box has all you want and wish for, the location is fantastic and the members and coaches are a blessing!

The foundations program with Jen was great! The whole atmosphere of this gym has been incredible so far. I've been going for about 3 weeks now and plan to stay for the long haul. All the coaches (Miles, Jess, Jason, and Brandon) have been super helpful and informative in the group classes. Easy 5 stars.
