“I recently had my Rivian R1T repaired at Driven Collision, and overall, I was quite impressed with their service. The communication and transparency throughout the process were stellar; they kept me updated every step of the way, which made a big difference.

My only two complaints, first is the timeline, it took about two months to complete the work. While I understand that quality repairs can take time, it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate upfront. Second, is they had my vehicle for two months and gave it back to me with 34% charge. I would have hope being a specialist in EVs, they would have at least charged my vehicle to 90%.

Despite the wait, I appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the repairs. I would definitely recommend Driven Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs!”

“SK Auto Body Repair have the kindest staff. I was in a real pickle. Two days before our return to Kennesaw from New Orleans my new hearing aid slid under our Toyota Highlander console when I tried to find it after it fell between the seats, then under the front seat between a slit on the bottom of the console. Shannon's team pulled out the front seat and the console then examined the insides extensively. I was so distraught because we were leaving the next day to visit our grandkids and wanted to hear them best. Despite Shannon's team diligence there was no result. It is lost in the bowels of our car.
Shannon felt so sorry for me, despite my protests, he did not charge due to no results. They went above and beyond to help a despondent grandmother. No matter what service is needed for your car, SK Automotive is the answer. I can't recommend them high enough!!”

“A Top Notch business and body shop. Everyone is very nice and respectful. I had hit something on the road that bent front plastic spoiler on the bottom right side of the front end and stopped by and asked him if it would be hard to get it pulled back out and the guy looks at it and said you got a minute and I said yes. So he took my keys and took it back in the shop and 15minutes later brought it back out with it fixed and would not take any money. What a Guy ? YOU VERY MUCH.”
