“Recently I was involved in a accident in my 2020 Ford Explorer. A friend recommended Finish Pros. She had her car repaired there about six months ago and she was very happy with their work so I went to get an estimate. When I walked in I was greeted by Dane and Chris. I had never had to take my suv to a body shop so I asking tons of questions They were so nice and helpful. They looked at my truck explaining the process of how the insurance company processes claims. These gentlemen stated it would take approximately two weeks to get my vehicle back as long as there were no delay with them receiving the parts. They called me every two or three days keeping me informed of their progress. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to come pick up the truck two days earlier than expected. My truck was cleaned inside and out and looked like it was never in an accident. My experience at Finish Pro was undoubtedly the best service I had ever received. “I dropped my car off on Tuesday the 19th with some significant rear quarter panel damage, and Thomas told me he would have it ready for me to head up to gatlinburg on the 30th. I was expecting a call around the 27th or 28th like he had initially told me, but my car was ready less than 48 hours later, and I picked it up Thursday the 21st. I’m extremely satisfied with both the quick turnaround, and also the body work and paint job that looks like it came from factory. Thomas, the manager had informed me that he just recently took over this location about a week ago, but you would’ve thought he’d been there his whole life. They were able to cut some costs down throughout the process, so it ended up being about $250 cheaper than the estimate that I was given the day I dropped it off, they even washed the whole car for me, which just shows that everyone here takes pride in what they do, and they don’t cut any corners to get the job done. I did however turn my keys over with my subwoofers turned all the way down and my car came back with them turned to the max? which I don’t even care about because I know 2 12s stuffed in the back seat of a coupe is tempting but at least turn them back down when you’re done seeing what they can do. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would because I haven’t had an experience like this with any other shop. Thomas is a great manager, and I couldn’t be happier with the service that he provided.Services: Painting”
