Awful experience took a 180 and became best ever. Bought a fridge. A week later Geek Squad lost it. Then store manager Kimberly Archuleta jumped in and fixed everything and then some. Great job!

Absolutely horrific. Came in to purchase a printer. As soon as I walked in the door I was chased “excuse me sir” I’m like yes. Im looking for a printer. The gentleman had absolutely no knowledge of printers. he reminded me the store was closing in 35 minutes. Mind you I have a large beard and wearing jeans and a ball cap. I felt very very targeted. This is my last purchase at Best Buy. I used to go to Acworth location till you closed it. But you really do have a horrible way of making people feel welcome in your store. I have many options.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS:
Worst delivery service I've ever dealt with:
Ordered a washer from best buy. Came damaged to the point the driver advised he would bring it back.
Two days later we call best buy to ask on time frame for next washer. They advised we should already have it. After 20 minutes explaining what happened they agree to send out another washer.
On delivery day *Monday*, received a text advising we would get our delivery anywhere from 2pm - 6pm. Waited all day just to find out our delivery never came, no call, no text, no email.
We call Best Buy at 7pm inquiring about the delivery. They said they could not reach the driver and have no idea why he isn't answering his phone. They advise delivery will have to be pushed out 4 days to Friday...
Tuesday I call at 9am asking to try and get an earlier delivery date. They advised a Supervisor will help assist with getting an earlier delivery, then call me within 9 hours.
Tuesday night at 9pm didn't hear anything back from the supervisor and call service lines again to see if we could move the delivery sooner rather than later.
The service rep said she could help and would place me on hold to contact the store directly and see what we could do. 40 mins on hold then another rep answers the phone and we start ALL OVER AGAIN.
Now I'm pretty frustrated and ask to speak with a supervisor and the rep advised that he can have one call me within FIVE BUSINESS DAYS...

I purchased several items from Best Buy. Unfortunately the Customer Service Experience has been absolutely horrible! During the delivery and installation process (over a week ago) my home experienced Damage.

GO TO COSTCO!! I bought a $3000 Sony X900F tv from these guys 17 months ago and it stopped working. They will not help me. They will not replace they won’t do Anything.

Best Buy is absolutely amazing. They have an incredible array of products. Their price range is not cheap by any means and not somewhere that you would shop daily, unless you've got plenty of money to blow.

Went in to get a new stereo receiver. Rep was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Let us demo said receiver in the sound area and I was sold immediately. Great price and very helpful staff.

Great experience buying a new iPad for a family member. The staff took their time explaining the differences between the models in great detail to a visiting relative. It was such a great experience with no sales pressure to purchase the most expensive model.

Great service. Walked in and purchased what I had found online and was out again in less than ten minutes. I went in so they could price match and to find out if i could get a better installation date than those offered online. Both of those things happened without any problems.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch and a free game to be delivered to my home. They sent the switch but told me I had 5 days to come to a store over 9 miles away to get the free game. The messages went into my spam folder and I just realized the day it expired that I was going to miss it. After about 3 total hours on the phone with Best Buy they told me there was nothing they could do about it and refused to give me the game that came with the order. I cannot believe a company of this size cannot do better with customer service.

Good service. Staff is very helpful and useful. They approach you and give you with any questions you have. But I do have a bad experience were geek squad came home to setup something and left coz they didn't have the right tools.

Josh A camera expert associate was very nice! He noticed me right away while I was looking at the cameras, and he helped me with all the questions I had. This Best Buy has very friendly and attentive staff. They’re also very prepared for Black Friday, very nice organization. Prefer this one over the Best Buy near my actual house.

Called to find out what all I needed to have new stereo system put in my car (speaker specifications, hardware, etc). ADAM was extremely helpful and patient. He provided very detailed information that I feel most people wouldn't have bothered with. I am very pleased with the customer service I received.
