Awful experience took a 180 and became best ever. Bought a fridge. A week later Geek Squad lost it. Then store manager Kimberly Archuleta jumped in and fixed everything and then some. Great job!

I purchased several items from Best Buy. Unfortunately the Customer Service Experience has been absolutely horrible! During the delivery and installation process (over a week ago) my home experienced Damage.

GO TO COSTCO!! I bought a $3000 Sony X900F tv from these guys 17 months ago and it stopped working. They will not help me. They will not replace they won’t do Anything.
