That was both fun and amazing, but it had a few issues. They absolutely welcomed me back and took care of all of the issues and then some! “This is a good location that I have bought from for years. It is not as big as some of the newer stores , but works fine for its size. The staff here has always been helpful in finding items and returns. There is also places to eat and a Publix in the same parking lot. The only reason for 4 stars is some tools can be cheap , but most are good quality and work fine. Also they allow you to get replacement plans for tools that go bad. The plans work and returns go smoothly.”

“Went 3 different car dealerships- looking for a YUKON ... and was completely unsatisfied with the customer service-- as I was heading home .. I seen a dealership . They had SUV . Every where - (. Exactly what I was looking for ). so I decided to stop. Right away when me and my husband got out the car - a guy came out and greet us ., ( his name was NICK ) he ask us a couple questions and SHOW US .. this beautiful YUKON SUV - it had everything we wanted in a SUV. “It's not often that you take the time to write a 5 Star review after having to make a MAJOR repair to a vehicle.
Though I did not purchase the vehicle from Jim Tidwell, I took my wife's 2018 Edge to the service department to troubleshoot and resolve a coolant intrusion into one of the cylinders. This resulted in having to replace the engine block and other components, essentially an entire engine replacement. It was horrible timing, as the car was only 900 miles outside of warranty.
The Service Director, Josh (Bass) is an absolute professional and a great guy on top of that. He went above and beyond for me, working with Ford Corporate to have them cover a majority of the replacement costs even though I was outside of warranty. His team was in contact with me throughout the entire process and were focused on resolving the issues in short order.
My interactions with Josh showed me that he not only takes his job seriously, but that he genuinely wants to offer the best service possible to his customers as a moral obligation. I do not believe I would have received the level of service and care from any other dealership which I did from Josh and his Service Team.
The next time I need to purchase a vehicle, I'll be heading straight to Jim Tidwell.”
“Perfect! I made an appointment with someone who's last name is Williams. Totally can't think of her name right now, but i was greeted by Diana upon my arrival and that's who assisted me with my window and my oil change. This was my first time coming to this location. I typically drive to Chamblee, but since I'm not reporting to an office, this location is closer to home. I love the Chamblee location, I've gotten 3 cars from the guys there. So i was really nervous about coming some place new. We all know the horrors of being a woman and going to a dealership for service! But this location is pretty amazing. I had my temperature checked upon my arrival. Most of the workers had on mask. It doesn't seem like it's enforced here, but they definitely wear them when speaking to you about your car. Diane was super sweet and the young lady, who's last name is Williams actually sits right next to Diana, was just as nice. They helped pass the time of waiting with their sweet and candid personalities! I felt like I've known them for years! Well technically i have met Diana before, she used to work at Ed Voyles on Cobb parkway. I don't drive much since I'm not reporting to work anymore, but I'd definitely come back here! Super fast and friendly! They didn't make up stuff for me to get fixed. Diana even asked if i had a coupon or anything to help with cost!!”
“I recently had my Rivian R1T repaired at Driven Collision, and overall, I was quite impressed with their service. The communication and transparency throughout the process were stellar; they kept me updated every step of the way, which made a big difference.
My only two complaints, first is the timeline, it took about two months to complete the work. While I understand that quality repairs can take time, it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate upfront. Second, is they had my vehicle for two months and gave it back to me with 34% charge. I would have hope being a specialist in EVs, they would have at least charged my vehicle to 90%.
Despite the wait, I appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the repairs. I would definitely recommend Driven Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs!”
