Later stopped by the store- there was an issue with the Verizon system vs. Store's system (won't be surprised). But Mario kindly called the Verizon and figured out the solution. Also helped me to navigate through the new phone set up, even offered me a sweet Father's day deal on new Samsung watch! If you ever contacted Verizon support chat - you should know how ridiculous it is. I wish more guys like Mario were around to make our life easier! I recommend him if you have any phone/ verizon issues! Tnx brother!”

“I won't lie, I've avoided T-mobile stores because i wasn't a fan of the customer service during the merge. (Former Sprint customer). I HAD to visit the store because my phone screen went out and my replacement was sent to the store for pickup and exchange. It was the best experience. Lexx took care of me quickly, recovered what could be recovered without access to the screen, service was fast, friendly, seamless. AND I left with an Onyx studio upgrade. ??”

After an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH customer service representatives over the phone from the silly 1-800 number, I wish I had the name of the team that helped us before going to this location, but they all really did a great job getting me and my sister out on a timely matter. I really dislike ?? the customer service rep over the phone they gave us the run around,and how hard it is to get them on the phone, but THIS LOCATION. Of professionals and the rep that told us to go there for the modem, they were like Polar opposite of the experience we had on the phone. The 1-800 number is a joke and make xfinity look like trash. Kadijah and this team made them look like two separate companies! Great location great team.”

1391 GA-85, Fayetteville“I had an amazing experience at this location while getting my services switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon. First, I felt like I was taken serious as a customer and was treated like royalty. I came in on a Tuesday and spoke with a guy named Tye. I expressed my interest with switching my services over but wasn’t quite ready to do it on the same day. He understood how I felt. I did tell him that I will come back the next day and get the switching process started. He did say that he was off the next day but if I was serious about switching my services then he will set an appointment for me to come see him and he will be there for me on his day off. He even gave me a list of what I needed to bring to ensure the switching process goes smooth, and even gave me his business number if I had any questions. He followed up with me with a phone call on the next day to ensure I was still coming. I get there on a Wednesday afternoon to get everything switched over and let me tell you the entire process went nothing but SMOOTHLY! I feel like I got an amazing deal with my trade-ins and bringing in my own devices. I expressed him my concerns with 2 lines and the possibility of switching them over to Verizon at a later time that day so they won’t experience any service interruptions. When I tell you, Tye went out of his way and went the extra mile. He told me when those 2 lines were ready to get switched over, to call his business number and let him know that they were ready. And I did just that all while being at home. He even followed up with me with a phone call to inform that he did the switching process on the remaining 2 lines and to see if everything went through and if the services were working. I am utterly impressed by his service and his attentiveness to customers. He went out of his way and went the extra mile to ensure that I, as a customer, was happy and satisfied at the end of the day.
If you ever need help, please ask for Tye. He is amazing!”
“I was very concerned when I saw the reviews regarding this store. Then I looked the date and I noted they were a year or two old. I could tell you for certainty that this store is not the store shown in the ratings here in. I was there yesterday returning some equipment and there were about six people or seven people working very hard. All of them were very pleasant and accessible. I want to give a special shout out to one of the technicians named Bud. Bud was in one of the easiest guys to work with I've ever met. A good reason for I'm giving the five stars to this store is because of him. Great job bud great job Comcast Mount Zion.”
