“A garage told me I needed a new battery for my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and quoted me a very high price. Greentec initially quoted me a much lower price and then when I brought the Highlander in and they looked at it said I didn't even need a new battery right now. They could have easily sold me a battery and made a quick buck, but they're straight shooters.”

“Picked up a battery from this location (Conley) and I certainly can tell you that they are very knowledgeable. The prices of the batteries are very reasonable ie. went to buy a battery for my Lexus at the dealer and was told no one has that battery, wanted to charge close to $300.00 and I got it at M.B.E for around $180+. Will definitely return and refer this location to others.”

“They let me in the door at 10 o'clock on the dot. As the employee was locking the door he seen me coming and politly asked me to extinguish my cigarette and opened the door for me. He then helped me find the power steering fluid that I desperately needed. Most employees, when it's time to go home, wouldn't open the door and help, with a positive attitude. I am proud that this is my neighborhood autoparts store.”
“I can only rate them at a four star because I have been given the wrong parts twice over a five year period. If you do use this location, make sure the woman helps you out. She knows more about cars than most experienced men. She has always been right on point. Even when I had to exchange parts, she had been the one to get me the correct one. All in all it's a good auto parts store.”

“Hey Drivers! So my experience here was good, ladies in receiving very nice and I was literally unloaded in like 13 minutes, but I was couple hours early and no line in front of me. Driveway is one way in, one way out. They do have a lot of dropped trailers in parking lot, but it was still pretty easy to maneuver for me. If ur a newbie, just take ur time, may have to do a 90 maneuver and couple pull ups to dock but nothing too bad ?? depending on what door u get and experience of course. Sorry forgot to take pictures but they got enough on Google maps lol, oh and not really any overnight parking on their property, but there is some room on street in the cul-de-sac area right before the entrance for maybe 3 trucks. “I just want to say, Renard went above and beyond helping me here. I had a mechanical issue that I had been hunting down all day, and so it was getting kinda close to closing time, you know, within about an hour, when I came in. But he helped me sort the problem out, and from my description and testing and looking at the thing and whatnot, not only diagnosed my alternator, but pinpointed what part of my alternator had crapped out, which, unless I misremember, was the voltage regulator. And he was so awesome selling me the new one! He told me about another location that's open later in case the new one had trouble, and made sure I had a light to work by. I got out the door right on the nose at closing time, bolted that puppy in, and now it's humming along. You know how car problems can sometimes be a little adventure, and especially at that special time of day when everyone wants to go home, ya know... but Renard really helped me out and made sure I could get home okay, and not be stranded on the side of the road again tonight. He's very knowledgeable and professional and awesome to do business with. Thanks! :D”
