“Last week my 88 year old Mom mentioned that she left the adapter for her seat belt in her car we just recently replaced with a new one; yet she still drives. I called O'Reillys and Lola checked for the product and offered to keep it at the front desk for me; a $& item. When I arrived she was busy with another customer, but still said hi, so Jim was there to help and I asked about another product and as we were talking Ronnie came over and they both went with me to help find the product and explain it's purposes. I was thanking them when a lady at the next register being taken of by Dshun overheard me and said I was right this was better than the one next closest so she always came here. Another man came up and said the same. Kate appeared and I was still complementing the kindness and non judgement of the staff and she just smiled. She could have told me she was the manager but instead just nodded allowing her staff to get the glory; then I realized who she was. That's leadership training and hiring people who work, know their job and are really good at customer service. All five were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'm no mechanic so will never buy the high dollar parts in the back but it didn't seem to bother them that they knew that. I know where to go if I need help. Now you do, too.”

“I went to Autozone for a battery check. The guy was really nice, but freaked me out when he told me that I not only needed a new battery I also needed to have my battery terminals replaced. Autozone was unable to help....I immediately reached out to Battery Source in McDonough for clarity. I should've came here first, but Autozome was the closest store near me. I brought my daughter's Nissan in to Battery Source for a new battery & wire issue about a month ago. The manager Colton & his team are friendly, knowledgeable & honest. You can't beat the swift service. If you are having battery issues you should give this location a call! My SUV didn't need a new battery or terminal wires after all ?. The guys thoroughly tested & assessed my battery for issues on yesterday. No problems were detected & they cleaned my battery free of charge. “They let me in the door at 10 o'clock on the dot. As the employee was locking the door he seen me coming and politly asked me to extinguish my cigarette and opened the door for me. He then helped me find the power steering fluid that I desperately needed. Most employees, when it's time to go home, wouldn't open the door and help, with a positive attitude. I am proud that this is my neighborhood autoparts store.”

“Assistant manager here is a awesome older guy.....I purchased a set of spark plugs but when I got home a plug was missing out of the box, he acknowledged that it was his mistake and took care of me the next day. He even paid the cost difference of the plug out of his pocket because the original one was out of stock”
