“This is the best running shoe store on the planet, I’m convinced. Honestly I have been a nightmare to find a good fit for (difficult feet that are very different shapes/sizes) that will accommodate a litany of old injuries and health issues. Darby has been along for the entire rollercoaster ride and Taylor has been a huge help too. I live over an hour away in rural northeast Georgia and it is so well worth the trip. My husband and his mom have always run a lot and they swear by fleet feet and I am the same way now. I will never buy running shoes anywhere else, period. And this is my store location of choice 1000% hands down.”

Which leads to a great team of associates exuding the same welcoming & helpful assistance. Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”
“I placed a order on line and when I contacted the store to get a update on the order after not receiving any notification for 4 1/2 hours after I placed the order. The male representative that answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He hung up the phone on me after I asked would my order be ready by a certain time. Which was 6 or more hours after I placed the order. If my podiatrist didn’t suggest these particular Skechers to help a pinched nerve in my foot I would have definitely returned the shoes and went somewhere else but o was in too much pain after a steroid injection.”

“One of my wifes favorite places to shop. This location definitely needs a sign or some fancy lettering above the store to identify its location.Its been about two years, since I purchased something directly inside the store. So I entered in the mall from the Nordstrom side and walked right passed it. Found a directory and still overlooked it till I spoke with a store rep via cell LOLThe nice lady directed me from my location as I was walking up to the Second floor. Once there I instantly remembered two years ago this place had NO signage like the other stores in the mall. Except for a little sign outside the door.What gives Anthropology?? You can afford a nice fancy lettering above the doors.Once, they had my held gift for my wife and the cashier was very helpful and courteous.Just fix the sign, it's been two years!!”
