She came to me with a smile, we had a great conversation, she's been doing this type of work for years and years, and has heard and seen so much that she answered all my questions like it was water under the bridge. So willingly informative... I also like the fact that although I have tiny veins she was totally prepared and made it painless. It's always been difficult and frustrating in the past.
