“It was fine, I had to pick up a sample kit and did schedule an appointment so it was a 5 min wait then 5 min to come into the lab with my paperwork, have them look it over, put supplies together and send me off on my way. Got done what I needed, the lab workers were friendly and helpful and it’s much better than driving far from Alpharetta to one of the other locations.”

“Excellence! I could not have asked for a better exam experience. Upon reaching my destination to the office, I found that it was clean and well kept on the exterior. After entering the office, immediately I thought to myself, "Wow!" The interior was beautiful! It was also aptly clean and sanitary. This is an upscale, and beautifully decorated office. When entering, I was greeted with a spectacular chandelier at the front entrance, and furnishings that compliment it. I was also greeted by Nurse Natanya Kemp, who was immediately warm and welcoming. Nurse Kemp guided me through the process with ease. She made it seamless for me. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, well versed, personable, efficient, and timely. I appreciate the professionalism and the care that I received here, and I would definitely return to utilize their services again, if needed. In addition, I would not hesitate to recommend this office and Nurse Kemp to anyone who may need an exam. Thank you Nurse Kemp and Exam One!”
