“i’m like every other review - drove up because of the significantly better reviews. i was a walk-in without an appointment. check-in is fast and easy on a digital tablet near the back of the store. despite no appointment, kym saw me in about 5 minutes and had me in and out in no more than 2. she took good care of me and was very professional. recommend for routine blood work!!!!!”

“This test helped me manage my blood pressure and loose weight.I became suspicious about this test and my lab results when it showed that I am sensitive to tea and coffee which I used to consume on daily basis but there was no noticeable reactions other than I used to get alot of headaches (which i never suspected would be becuase of tea or coffee, heck i used to consume tea/coffee to counter them lol). Later, I discovered that drinking tea and coffee actually spiked my blood pressure and resulted in headaches and cloudiness. Upon removing tea, coffee, and other foods that I was sensitive to from my diet; I noticed my Heaches were significantly gone, and I felt like a new person. “Exceptional service and great help was provided by Khalid when we were waiting for our PCR test results. Initially, we did not pay the fees for the expedited services and were within the 48 hour timeframe of travel. Some unfortunate circumstance occurred and our test results were not received a few hours before our travel time. Luckily we got in touch with Khalid and after his multiple efforts of trying to assist he was able to assure us that HE would personally see to get this resolved. Very troubled and worried, we called him several times for an update from 7pm to midnight, he picked up each time informing us an giving us an update that he was trying everything possible on his end to make sure that we would get our results ASAP. Despite all the trouble, Khalid was determined to help us! We received our results in time and are able to travel as expected to visit a sick family member. “I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment at Quest Diagnostics on North Point Parkway. I was called back prior to my appointment time. Waiting area was not very clean as other patients had left trash out. The technician was kind and did an excellent job--no pain! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.”
“Excellence! I could not have asked for a better exam experience. Upon reaching my destination to the office, I found that it was clean and well kept on the exterior. After entering the office, immediately I thought to myself, "Wow!" The interior was beautiful! It was also aptly clean and sanitary. This is an upscale, and beautifully decorated office. When entering, I was greeted with a spectacular chandelier at the front entrance, and furnishings that compliment it. I was also greeted by Nurse Natanya Kemp, who was immediately warm and welcoming. Nurse Kemp guided me through the process with ease. She made it seamless for me. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, well versed, personable, efficient, and timely. I appreciate the professionalism and the care that I received here, and I would definitely return to utilize their services again, if needed. In addition, I would not hesitate to recommend this office and Nurse Kemp to anyone who may need an exam. Thank you Nurse Kemp and Exam One!”

They had wonderful attitudes and I know what you’re thinking, they supposed to have a great attitude and that’s correct but when you walk into an establishment 10 mins before closing, you usually don’t get the best attitudes but they let me in with open arms. They smelled like roses and the crazy thing about it is that, my appointment was last month so take a moment to think about that. They’re still on my mind.
