“Kayla was so good. We had problems changing phones over she stayed on phone with corporate office and they messed it up. She then called her store manager and within minutes it had it all fixed. She stayed on phone with corporate for 2 hours. Love the Jefferson office and Kayla is great worked late to make sure all was done right”
“Me and my buddy went up Saturday he had to get his phone fixed and a boil and you know me I had to get the lowdown on where we were going and what was around us yeah when I was going to take some pictures, but you know y'all had run off and forgot my glasses I could not take one picture I couldn't even see my phone hardly to read the map sept I knew where I was going there. Maybe next time I'll remember to get my glasses.”

“It’s the ONLY AT&T store that I use,(even when I moved to hartwell) it wasn’t the same so I made the drive back to Jefferson. No matter what they always make you feel like family. The team there will explain it to you as to where YOU fully understand and if you don’t all you have to do is come back and they will help you more, no appointment necessary!!
