After sifting through the different options and reading the reviews, we decided to go with the 10'×10' unit CubeSmart.When we arrived at the office to sign our lease and get our unit, we were greeted by Penny. She was very kind and answered all of our questions before we even had to ask! Penny showed us how to operate the gate, she held the gate for me while drove out moving truck through, and she even accompanied us to our unit to show us how to open, close, and lock the unit. “The only reason I didn’t rate a score of 10 (5 stars) is because of how much my rent increased over the years I’ve been leasing with CubeSmart (since 2019). I don’t understand why the loyalty of your customers is penalized with yearly rent increases yet new customers get better rates (at first). When I moved in my rent was around $125 and Jan. ‘24 had I stayed would have been $398! However, I will say Anna the Manager, located at 714 Loganville Hwy, Winder which is where I rented, is absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything. She is proof that a person can be both professional and personable with their customers. I have seen her out sweeping and working to keep the property nice and clean. She is great at her job and a wonderful person. I usually asked for Anna or made a point to come in to pay when she was there because she is so nice but the few times I interacted with Fred was a pleasure as well.”

“OTM moved me a few days ago and they were awesome. They were on time, courteous and friendly. They didn’t waste time and treated my belongings as if they were their own.They packed and wrapped my precious grandfather clock just as I would have done it myself. Best of all the price was exactly as quoted. I would use them again if I needed to.”

“I've been to alot of Americold locations across the map. There are some I like and and some...well...but by far this location is now my new #1 on my list. I walked in and was greeted by Evelyn. She answered all my questions and made my visit super nice. Loading time was less than 1.5hrs. My ppk was ready minutes afterwards. Shipping clerks like Evelyn is a hidden gem in our industry. Thank you Americold for making this day pleasant! Thanks Evelyn for all you do! I will be back!”

“Wonderful move in experience! Super easy to reserve a unit online (they email you everything you need to move in right away). Once I got to the facility, entered my key code, went to my unit and was able to move right in. The facility left a reusable cooler bag in the unit with my unit lock and key, along with information and instructions on how to pay and other helpful information. The facility is extremely clean and well lit, which is always a big bonus. I would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs!”
