“We have stored our RV here since they opened. 1. Billing is automatic and receipts are quickly emailed. Always accurate. 2. No problems with physical facilities: electrical source is dependable, dump station and cleaning areas are clean and various additions show up- for instance, wood for securing rig while cleaning. 3. Quarterly newsletter to keep us up to date so I never feel as if I don't matter. 4. Gate and code has never given us any problems. 5. Once, we put our levelers down after parking and 2 days later we received a very polite email asking us to please come and raise them as they would damage the parking surface. I appreciated the politeness and was impressed with the patrolling of the area.We are delighted with the service and facilities and recommend North Harbor without reservation.”

“I have been with Sam for not quite a year. Sam has since sold, and the new management seems kind! We are upgrading our camper, and unfortunately they don't have space for the new camper. New manager was explaining their plans to expand and offer more spaces, which he seemed excited about! I didn't mind Sam and didn't have any problems with him, but this new management seems to be able to give the place a nice boost! If they get the upgrades done and offer reasonable prices, I would consider coming back!”

Friendship Boat & RV assured us that they would find us a spot and came through with the perfect space! The website is very user friendly and I was able to reserve my parking space online with ease and we were in our space within an hour of leaving Atlanta. Everyone has bad days and I understand that so once we got that out the way it was smooth sailing from then on out. The dock worker unloaded us in a timely manner and he actually rearranged the containers for the next dock worker in Jacksonville so all in all a positive experience.”

“I booked a reservation 1 week in advance for 20' truck, dolly, utility dolly and furniture blankets. At check in, the dolly was not available and I was asked to travel to a different location to pick one up. The staff was helpful to resolve the issue.Upon return, the location was closed and I had to use mobile app. At step 5 of the process (taking pictures), the app kept refreshing in a loop and was forced to repeat the step multiple times until I gave up and called the service center. The agent was able to confirm that my return was completed. The process took much longer than reasonable expected.”
