“I was in a bind for a last minute birthday request for my daughter. She wanted to upgrade her IPhone 13 mini, as an Android user the only way to truly upgrade an IPhone is to switch to Android, but I digress.
The gentleman worked with me to find a way to purchase her phone and keep my service cost with a couple of pennies from where it already was.
That is a cellular miracle nowadays. I am very thankful. I don't remember his name but he even switched her service and she didn't even know before I got a chance to present it to her at home an hour later. With a teenager I consider that a birthday miracle.”

“After years of service with AT&T my phone out of the blue went obsolete on Internet service. After daily conversations with tech support and 2 more replacement phones for 2 weeks and 3 days the manager Jay at the Griffin store was the only one able to fix the problem. The store by Big Lots is the store I used and they are two great ladies there go by there and let them hook you up on a good phone and pay just bout $100.00 and walk out with a phone that works and tell them Tabitha sent you ....”

“Mr. Elijah gave me the best customer service I ever received at any cricket store. I was in the store looking to change my provider from. He was able to port over my number ! He was able to hook me up with a new iPhone. As well an extra charger and case for my new iPhone! I really hope management treat this guy right because people like him you just come across often ! 10/10 service. Message to management.. Give this Guy a raise! He’s worth and what he brings in the business word is rare ! If I was employer I would have gave him an offer on the spot just based off our interaction !”
