“When I need Verizon assistance, the store across from the Griffin Ingles is the only place I go! The people here are personable and really know their stuff. They don't have the elitist, snobby attitudes that I see at the other Verizon stores.Any time I have gone there needing a new phone, I'm in and out within around an hour. The excellent customer service makes the time spent actually enjoyable. I can't recommend these guys enough.”
