“I have rented from this Bay Creek location a few times now and each time has been a great experience. I've had the pleasure of interacting with the staff 2 of the 3 times that I have dropped off a truck and in both instances (almost 2 years apart) they were courteous, helpful and pleasant. I know some of those may not hold a lot of weight with some customers but it definitely does with me when it comes to where I choose to do business. I am not sure of the older gentleman's name that helped me back in 2022, but he was just as great as the gentleman that helped me yesterday, I believe that his name was/is Phillip (51343-PHILLIPLOO). Thank you so much for the great service!Also wanted to add that the trucks are always clean and I have never had any issues with them. I've rented 3 different sizes (15, 22 and 26) when I've gone to them and each time, same good experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.”
