I was struck from the back in my new Volvo and needed a bumper replacement and a little paint repair. The job was completed in a timely manner and communication was consistent. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new again, as if I was never in an accident.

I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!”

“Unfortunately, I have had to use CR Auto several times for body work. My daughter was not a good beginner driver. There is NO OTHER SHOP THAT WILL EVER DO MY BODY WORK EVERRRRR!!! Every single time I have had work done Chico and his staff always go above and beyond!! The work is done in a timely fashion and comes back looking brand new!! I don’t care what the insurance company or who they recommend… CR AUTO is the only shop handing my repair work!! POINT BLANK PERIOD!!!!”

Amanda even went to bat for us several times with our insurance company and with Buick because of a delayed part. They go above and beyond with everything. Top notch customer service! The work they do there is amazing! My truck looks brand new again! Lastly, Joey is amazing! He makes the process as smooth as possible. I couldn’t be happier!
