“Had a great experience yesterday switching my old Metro phone with a BYOP. Shawana was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I thought I was going in with a pain of a problem since my new phone was not a major brand and Metro mobile customer service had an internal server error when they tried, but Shawana took care of it with no issues.
