This facility has lost my package for the past 4 days. I have reached out to them many times and also via live chat. UPS associates were supposed to call me, but never have. This type of customer service is just bad... My drivers are great, but the processing facility is no good.

Parking for handicap us awkward with the extended trailers out front of the building.But the employee was polite, helpful and as fast as she could be.Cant fault too much, thousands of packages at this time of year and limited space and employees to deal with it all. The parking could be improved. The trailers are literally in the way for handicapped people and vehicles. Kudos to the employee who scanned my package and printed my receipt.

Not helpful. No common sense. UPS is the only delivery service I have trouble with. Consistently they get stuck in my driveway and just drop the package on the steps bypassing the marked delivery box. Why is it FedEx, USPS and Walmart doesn't have the same problem?

I have a stack of “sorry we missed you” notices, no packages that require signatures, and no solution from UPS. Been ongoing for 2 months. Will be using FedEx from now on (which is crazy to me)

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from your company regarding the delivery of an important package. Despite the imperative need for me to receive the package on time, your company failed to deliver as promised.I spent a significant amount of time trying to track down the package and understand why it was rescheduled for delivery two weeks away from the original delivery date, which was completely unacceptable. When I contacted the Gainesville facility, the representative was unable to provide me with a reason for the delay. The best they could do was offer to deliver the package tomorrow, which is still two days late.I am appalled by the lack of communication and accountability from your company and the inconvenience this has caused me. This package is vital, and your company's failure to deliver it on time has had significant consequences for me.I expect a full explanation and an apology for this incident. I hope that your company will take the necessary steps to ensure that this kind of mistake does not happen in the future.

I'm not sure if its considered criminal activity but I am really tired of this location marking my items as "delivered and left at the side door" when the items are no delivered and when I do not have a side door. every single time I order a package it is delayed 24/48 hours and this location parks it as delivered on time. to me it feels criminal or fraudulent. I just want some honesty which clearly does not exist from this brand.

I received a notification from target saying my package was delivered today at 2:43. Well I was home and o have security cameras all over my home. I have a ring camera that alerts us is “packages was left” NO ONE DELIVERED ANYTHING. GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM IS INSANE. THEY DEFINITELY HAVE A THEIF ON THIS ROUTE. MY neighbors have complained as well. I will complaint to better business bureau as well. This is insane. I’ve been on calls for almost 3 hours and waiting for a supervisor from this facility to get back to me. No ONE CALLED

I received a notification stating that my packaged was delivered while I was at my home. I did not receive my package, I checked my neighbors house still no package. Why aren’t the delivery people taking a picture of the package like the rest of the world. Trying to talk to a real person since I spent real money on my package is freaking ridiculous. This is UPS, a huge company, and y’all can’t even talk to your customers. Just ridiculous, freaking ridiculous. How do you know if that package cost hundreds of dollars, a week of hard work, and I can’t even speak to a real person. Horrible! I want a photo of every package delivered to me for proof. Oh and I want my package.

I had scheduled a pick up online a week prior to the pickup date and notified them that I don’t have any pre-printed shipping labels and it said: ‘To schedule a pickup without labels (your driver will bring shipping documents), continue below.’ So I did and when the UPS driver came, he called someone stating I don’t have labels and I got a voicemail from a rude lady stating “He can’t just handwrite the tickets”. Okay so why is there an option for me to say I don’t have any labels and it even said the driver will bring the shipping documents? The driver was really nice though stating I could come to this location to drop it off. Anyway, I had to go to UPS myself and get packages returned when really I tried to avoid that as those were supposed to be handled by the company I used to work for, just returning their equipment but they are about as useless as this UPS pickup option with no labels. Now I spent MY time and gas to do something that could have been avoided by two other parties!
