I dropped off a package here that I paid $600 to next day air it. Then got on a flight to Michigan where I expected the package to meet me the next morning. Well guess what? Never showed and never scanned as even being received. I hope nobody has to go through the ridiculous circus Ive been through to get something done about this. Since it looks like I never dropped it off, Im just SOL trying to get anything done. I even spoke to the guy at the desk and he acknowledged that it was NEXT DAY AIR!!!! So what happened to my package??????

They "lost" my firearm after somebody had been scanning it and rescheduling it for the next business day for two weeks. I heard from my FFL that they have "lost" two other firearms THIS WEEK at the same time as mine. Embarrassingly bad customer service. Who "loses" three firearms in a week?! This location should be investigated by the police and ATF, something shady is definitely going on.
I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

I receive medications via UPS but if it falls on a Saturday with a relief driver you can forget it. They have went way down hill the usps is more reliable.

On top of other delivery issue, UPS now refuses to deliver to my subdivision. No reason given when inquired, forcing people to drive out of their way to pick up packages that UPS is under contract to deliver. Use FedEx and save yourself a ton of trouble.

Keep calling and the machine can't register my tracking number, so it hangs up and I've tried multiple times! Need an actual person to talk to! They have lost my package twice!

Delivery driver refused to drop off work computer. I caught him dropping off another package one day and asked where it was because there were no delivery attempts. Never even tried to deliver it and now I have to drive over an hour to pick it up. Useless is an understatement

UPS is a joke. lost 2 packages in the same week. they don't even care. they are too big and feel untouchable. i'd drive something myself before shipping UPS

Their drivers don't know how to read a map they rely heavily on Google maps which is not the top authority on whether an address exists or not

This facility has lost my package for the past 4 days. I have reached out to them many times and also via live chat. UPS associates were supposed to call me, but never have. This type of customer service is just bad... My drivers are great, but the processing facility is no good.

Parking for handicap us awkward with the extended trailers out front of the building.But the employee was polite, helpful and as fast as she could be.Cant fault too much, thousands of packages at this time of year and limited space and employees to deal with it all. The parking could be improved. The trailers are literally in the way for handicapped people and vehicles. Kudos to the employee who scanned my package and printed my receipt.

Not helpful. No common sense. UPS is the only delivery service I have trouble with. Consistently they get stuck in my driveway and just drop the package on the steps bypassing the marked delivery box. Why is it FedEx, USPS and Walmart doesn't have the same problem?
