Bad business, skeevy practices they will quote you on a price not telling you they are putting "discounts" that are only valid if you follow up on buying others products as well as raising rates without being informed just cause they want to, wouldn't recommend would give 0 stars if I could go with someone else

Went in for an upgrade and Alfredo (customer service rep) helped me out. He gave me all options I wasn't even aware of to make a fully informed decision that was best for me. No pressure just great service and happy with my purchase. Thanks Alfredo, they are lucky to have you.

Please make signing in simple,why do you have a scanner bar on the screen if you can't use it for cking in ? Why have a automatic pay machine and not allow people to use it, the wait is entirely too long,make the visit flow smoothly !

In store staff friendly BUT internet was installed on my property WITHOUT my permission by tenant although Spectrum called and I said no. Violation of Spectrum terms & condition section 3 paragraph 13. Violation of my lease agreement too. Took 2 hours in store to sort out and cancel. Filed damage claim and supervisor will be out tomorrow. Why was it installed against my wishes? And trash left on the ground??

The home service is fine, and reasonably priced, but service at the store was another matter. I went in two days ago to add my son to my plan and get him a phone. The phone was in stock and sitting right there on the counter as we updated the account, but we were told they couldn't give it to us and instead, a phone would be shipped. No clear reason was given for this inane business policy. To make the situation even more aggravating, someone must sign for delivery but since we are at work or school, we can't be there and Spectrum won't allow it to be left without a signature. Who knows when we'll actually get the phone.

Horrible experiences at this spectrum. They make everything harder than it needs to. They need to get rid of the lady who seems to be from the middle east with a bad attitude. She doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't need to be working there.

I wanted to switch mobile providers from boost mobile to spectrum. Two wonderful young ladies named Aby and Norma helped me. Boost mobile was being very difficult and time consuming but Aby and Norma stayed with me and guided me throughout the process which made it seem like a breeze. They went above and beyond with their customer service!

Spectrum Dawsonville Customer services is pits, had to wait for manager to complete purchasing my phone, the rep did not make me feel confident she knew what she was doing and they forgot to give me box and charge cord. left ATT beca of sorry CS so far Spectrum only slightly better.

So somehow they added my account to someone else’s account basically giving them access to my information. They didn’t even catch the problem. I got notifications that a new phone was added to my account and I called them about it. Once it supposedly got fixed I went in to spectrum about this whole situation where I was talking with Steven. Horrible customer service. When I told him this had nothing to do on my end he said it didn’t have anything to do with their end either and complained about how many calls the representative had to make on her end. That she didn’t have to do anything because it wasn’t her that caused it. I know at my job even if a coworker messed up something, for the sake of good customer service I’ll fix it if I can. I would not recommend using any services here

I was trying to exchange my phone for another one. I waited 1hr an 15min. That was today. The lady in the store told me I have to leave that they couldn't service me because they are closed now. I told her I have been in this store way before closing waiting for service. She said I can't do anything after 8 so you got to go. She needs to be fired her customer service suck and rude to several customers besides me.

returned a box in 2017. 2020 collections contacted me for an unpaid fee for the company requested proof of return, which I no longer have considering the box was retuned in 2017 and I was not charged until three years later in 2020? Argued this with the company and was told they required proof it was returned. WHAT?! It was three years prior. Crooked crooked company, do not recommend to anyone unless you want to be robbed and your credit smacked three years after you've cut ties with the company.
