Went in for an upgrade and Alfredo (customer service rep) helped me out. He gave me all options I wasn't even aware of to make a fully informed decision that was best for me. No pressure just great service and happy with my purchase. Thanks Alfredo, they are lucky to have you.

Please make signing in simple,why do you have a scanner bar on the screen if you can't use it for cking in ? Why have a automatic pay machine and not allow people to use it, the wait is entirely too long,make the visit flow smoothly !
