They have items you can't see online and special deals for in person customers as well. Also you are able to save on the freight and get your items that day. Not that I have a problem with that, but when you have a 300 lb plus woman who can't stand more than 5 minutes before she sits on a rolling ladder for the next 20 minutes and I witness this.
