Bo is almost always there to greet you and direct you to the appropriate person for your situation. He is friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. Both is the reason I don't go to other hardware stores.

Howard Brothers True Value was neat and organized. They have a large amount of inventory on hand. The staff is willing to assist you. True Value has everything from paint, plumbing, and electrical supplies to lawnmowers, string trimmers and chainsaws.

Nicest folks and always helpful with advice regardless of what a customer spends in the store. That's old fashioned good business practice which leads to customer loyalty.
