“Nichols is simply the best! They completed my estimate and then notified me what all they would do to fix the dent in my hatch after getting rear ended. When discussing when I could drop it off, they told me up front they'd be closed for Christmas and New Years, but I could drop it off Monday January 5th and then get a ride to Enterprise. The whole time I called to get an update, they were honest with me and the work they did on my vehicle is immaculate. I loved that they kept in touch with the other driver's insurance for me and I did not have to deal with that myself. If I need any additional work done, I will not hesistate to use Nichols Body Shop again. Everyone I had contact with was personable and gave me accurate information. 100/10 stars.”
