“The staff are always incredibly helpful. I'm currently restoring my 1999 Ford Ranger piece by piece and they are doing a fantastic job of helping me out. I drive past several parts stores to come to this O'Reilly every time I need something. The pricing on parts here seems to be much better than most of their competition and I'm under the impression that they either train their staff and their competitors don't or they vet them for knowledge within the industry before hiring because I've never had an employee at any O'Reilly tell me they didn't know what a starter motor was. Keep up the good work!”

“I needed a side mirror on my Honda CRV. Was referred by my neighbor, who has regularly used Nichols with great satisfaction. Actually got two other estimates prior to going to Nichols. Not only was Nichols less expensive, but they got the part and installed it in less than a week! It's so dangerous to drive w/o a side mirror and Nichols fixed me up just right. Had a few scratches and minor dents on the same door - they buffed the scratches and fixed the door and didn't charge me extra! I will refer anyone to them for any body repair!”
