“Great place to get serviced in and out no problem. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the heavy set receptionist guy. Said weird and unnecessary things. He told the other driver that I was saying bye to that “You got to know how to talk to these boys” not sure what kind of boys he meant. I’m not a boy first I’m a man and did you mean the other driver has to know how to talk to black guys. Not saying he is or isn’t racist but seems like he goes over and beyond to not seem as he is but it still comes across as he is. Sometimes when you don’t know what to say just say nothing. Less is more in certain situations. Just a weird interaction with that guy with the overly use of brother and other similar things.”

“Lam’s are incredibly talented people. The first time they did a window tinting job for me was in 1991 . I had just purchased a new Honda Accord sedan SE . That was an awesome car , and they’ve always done fantastic work . From custom sound systems to simple stereo upgrade always on time and on budget. The last thing they did was make the 2024 Ford Mustang look complete. It’s not triple black without the window tinting.”

(Probably could have been avoided if I would have left the quote given) that being said these people stick to their word and the advertised quote initially given. “I found Victory Automotive from their highly rated reviews right here on Google and their service was far above what I could’ve expected! As soon as I pulled up, (though hard to find who really runs the place at first)..the techs there immediately stopped what they were doing to tend to me- ask me what my issues were, call the boss, and had my car being checked within 15mins of me walking in. They started working on my car immediately. I was quoted, showed price point for every service charge and part. Louis even immediately made some calls to get me my replacement part $200 cheaper. My car was repaired by the end of following day. The total repair price was out of my budget at the time, as I was switching jobs- and Louis allowed me to make a deposit and pay the remaining amount once I had it the following weeks later. I got to take my car home fixed and without emptied pockets. I cannot recommend them more. They are my entire family’s new repair shop.
