“Solid living experience as far as neighbors, amenities, and appliances go. The apartments are beautiful as well as the area itself and has an outstanding location. I did, however, have a problem with the recognition of the address for the duration of living here. Every single website and company that I gave my address to, including USPS would tell me that my address was incorrect or not real even 3 years into living there. It was also always a hassle for people to find the place, partially because of the address issue, but also because the building numbers are hard to see if you don't already know what you're looking for. They're also lacking in direction signs to facilitate in finding the building you're looking for. Finally, although the gates allow for a feeling of security, they are occasionally faulty and make it that much more difficult for visitors to come in.”

“MAA faculty and staff are super great. The staff in the office is super attentive and will always answer a phone call or email quickly. Maintenance has also been great.My partner and I have being living here for the past 6 months and enjoy it. We love being near the lake. The pool and tennis courts are nice and clean.This is more of a family area but the kids have never been an issue at the pool or around the property.We have had to call maintenance to come in multiple times for different things, but they are always attentive at resolving the issue. The apartments are not the most luxury but they are great (especially for the price). We enjoy having a patio/balcony, furnished washer and dryer, and the keypad lock that you can control with an app on your phone.We worked with Taylor at the front office when looking/getting everything set up for the apartment. She is super nice and great!”

““THE BEST MOVE-IN EXPERIENCE!”My Adult Son and I needed a spacious Apartment where we both can work from home. And Pet-Friendly.Dakota Mill Creek was perfect!The first thing we liked was the Gates to the Property were Closed and Functioning Properly! Which is important. Sounds silly… But if you pay to live in a Gated-Community, The Gates need to be closed and doing their job of keeping the property safe and private. It’s a peaceful and quiet Property that’s nestled away off the main Roads. Noise is not an issue here!I’ve got a Full Suite if King Size Furniture and it fit in the Master Bedroom with plenty of space to move around in the Bedroom.The Kitchen and Dining Room are Large enough for comfortably.And there’s plenty of storage space! Even a storage closet on the Patio!I could go on-&-on about the space!Next, Vernne made the whole experience from viewing the property, to having the unit ready on the date promised a pleasant surprise. Vernne never missed a step in making sure every detail of our needs were met…and exceeded!Vernne is awesome! She always answers the phone, greets you with a smile and Best of all, she made certain things were in “pristine condition” when we moved in!We love our new home!On move-in day, other staff members (Jennifer) were so accommodating and welcoming. I’m happy to pay rent where the Property Staff takes care of it’s Tenants.”

“The location was good and the customer service was excellent. I didn't much care for it when they cut down the trees and I heard all the traffic, but some people don't mind that.”

I love loving here because whenever there is a problem, it always fixed very quickly. Management has very lovely people. If you ever come to look at these apartments, ask for Catherine. She has been the best lease manager and is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!”

“It's been almost a year here and I absolutely adore Renae the property manager. Anytime I have a concern or any maintenance request or issue that I am experiencing with my apartment she is very prompt on getting things handled/fixed. It's a safe and quiet place which is a plus since I have children. The property is well maintained. Renae is VERY respectful, friendly and caring and that's hard to find in a property manager .....they are usually snobby! Don't hesitate to move Here! They often have move in specials so you may luck up on a great move in deal! I plan on being here a while!!!”

“Tiffany, Kelly and Kristi in the office are amazing. Got my husband and kids moved in within 2 weeks of first contact. Had 1 small maintenance issue with a small leak around the sprayer on my sink and Craig the maintenance supervisor was very fast at responding and giving me a new sprayer for my kitchen sink!”
