“My maintenance request was promptly attended to and was done to my satisfaction. My greatest concern was that with it being a plumbing problem that I could end up with a big water bill but they got it taken care of quickly and I really appreciated how promptly they addressed my concerns.”

“Solid living experience as far as neighbors, amenities, and appliances go. The apartments are beautiful as well as the area itself and has an outstanding location. I did, however, have a problem with the recognition of the address for the duration of living here. Every single website and company that I gave my address to, including USPS would tell me that my address was incorrect or not real even 3 years into living there. It was also always a hassle for people to find the place, partially because of the address issue, but also because the building numbers are hard to see if you don't already know what you're looking for. They're also lacking in direction signs to facilitate in finding the building you're looking for. Finally, although the gates allow for a feeling of security, they are occasionally faulty and make it that much more difficult for visitors to come in.”

“MAA faculty and staff are super great. The staff in the office is super attentive and will always answer a phone call or email quickly. Maintenance has also been great.My partner and I have being living here for the past 6 months and enjoy it. We love being near the lake. The pool and tennis courts are nice and clean.This is more of a family area but the kids have never been an issue at the pool or around the property.We have had to call maintenance to come in multiple times for different things, but they are always attentive at resolving the issue. The apartments are not the most luxury but they are great (especially for the price). We enjoy having a patio/balcony, furnished washer and dryer, and the keypad lock that you can control with an app on your phone.We worked with Taylor at the front office when looking/getting everything set up for the apartment. She is super nice and great!”

“I have lived here over a year and management has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my apartment is always taken care of. I love loving here because whenever there is a problem, it always fixed very quickly. Management has very lovely people. If you ever come to look at these apartments, ask for Catherine. She has been the best lease manager and is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!”

“If you're staying on the very bottom floor in any of the buildings I feel sorry because this one is on the bottom floor, and at times it has been so much noise above the apartment that it seems the whole floor is about to fall in. In my opinion, it seems people pay a lot here but don't actually have privacy due to weak flooring and screeching back and forth. I don't believe it's the renters' fault in my eyes. However, that is pretty much the businesses so therefore it is problem. I think they should take the time to acknowledge the situation and get it fixed asap. People spend a lot of money per apartment on each floor. The management should consider it as a high risk and focus using some of the renters' money on what needs to be investigated and then fixed before something awfully severe or, even worse, tragically happens Point Blank. Because it's not something you can just squirt WD-40 on and let it go. That's only fair as well as 100% legit because sometimes, it gets awfully scary. Hopefully, "someone" will take the opportunity in time to understand this request and get something done before it may be too late because you never know. After all, this is 2023, and some people just don't care unless it's about money or what they can get out of the situation.”

“Tiffany, Kelly and Kristi in the office are amazing. Got my husband and kids moved in within 2 weeks of first contact. Had 1 small maintenance issue with a small leak around the sprayer on my sink and Craig the maintenance supervisor was very fast at responding and giving me a new sprayer for my kitchen sink!”
