I like the staff when I interface with them, but their IVR is terrible. Very hard to reach a real person. Wanting to know about my money in their bank should not be a hard service to provide.

I have been with this bank for twenty five years and every year it gets worse. I am now locked out of all my online accounts, because they moved me to a different system. Hard to believe that they are responsible for taking care of people's finances. Also hard to believe I've been with them this long. I am giving one star because zero stars is not an option!!

I have been banking with Synovus for over 20 years since I was in college and my hometown bank was called CB&T. My first trip to this bank was awkward and didn't have that inviting, hometown feel. I chalked it up to me being a new face. My most recent experience was equally unimpressive and the customer service was disappointing. Love my bank, dislike this branch. Won't return. We needed some assistance with bank services, waited for an hour for assistance and were only acknowledged when we walked in and never acknowledged again after an hour of waiting.

When we first walk in they look at us in some way that I didn’t like. We was on our work clothes but they shouldn’t judge people for the way they look any way they should treat they clients the same way !! Very disappointed!!
