I like the staff when I interface with them, but their IVR is terrible. Very hard to reach a real person. Wanting to know about my money in their bank should not be a hard service to provide.

When we first walk in they look at us in some way that I didn’t like. We was on our work clothes but they shouldn’t judge people for the way they look any way they should treat they clients the same way !! Very disappointed!!
