820 Glynn St S, Fayetteville“I loathe anything to do with banking and finances as I always feel stupid. This was not the case with my experience at Chase with Stephanie. I went in to Chase to deposit some cash and had a very nice teller who helped me fill out the deposit form and didn’t make me feel dumb. I then said I wanted to speak to someone about credit cards and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited less than 5 minutes and then I went to talk with Stephanie. She was extremely kind, very professional, and also very patient. She answered all of my financial questions without making me feel the least bit silly. I felt that she really had my best interest in mind. She was able to walk me through the approval process for a particular credit card and I ended up getting approved for it that day. I often feel like I’m being tricked when speaking with financial institutions, but this was not the case here. I will definitely be returning to this Chase and will not hesitate to make an appointment with Stephanie if I ever need a consultation.”

“Been here on multiple occasions and it is definitely one of the busiest branches I've ever been to (Miami, Tampa, Orlando, elsewhere). On payday Friday it is chaos, for sure. But I've been recently (2024) on a non-payday Friday and other days of the week, and was received helpfully by the receptionist. My wait was sometimes minutes (like any bank teller service), or a reasonable 15 or 20 minutes for more personal paperwork related matters (notary signature or the like). Always, always treated with respect. But then, I'm not a jerk and I approach even difficult matters with patience and good manners.”
