I have no idea what these negative reviews are about. The staff here are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I don't even do most of my banking with Bank of America but the account that I have had with BofA has been handled perfectly.

A very nice Teller name Sharon was very professional and help my Friend resolve her issue quickly and very respectful. When she had issue with another employee . Thank you. Bank of America need more caring employees such as your self. The five stars are for Sharon.
