“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

She made me feel comfortable that my mother would be treated well and she has done just that. There are many activities on site to keep the residents active.”
“I just moved in four days ago but I can say, so far so good. The property manager (Ms. Que) is the best. She made sure everything was working and ready,and that I was happy. The community is clean and quiet. I think I'm gone like it here.”

“Welp, I’m finally out of here and I thought it was fitting to leave a review. I’ve lived out here two different times that spanned over about 9 yrs. Overall from my prospective the apartments a relatively quiet. As far as crime, I think the shootings have subsided over the years but of course there is still crime. I had my car stolen and they do break into cars but that’s happening all over. Any issues I’ve had in the appartment, maintenance responds promptly. I think the office could do a better job as far as everyone being on the same page but overall the team is ok. They keep the apartments well kept and clean. Over all, I would recommend this place for living.”

“These apartments are actually really Nice, now some of the tenants and the company that they keep gets out of hand sometime, but that's any way you go nowadays. If I had the rate the leasing office I would give them a 10 out of 10 Stars Miss. Irene was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I haven't had a issue with the maintenance every time I needed something fixed they came the same day or the next day the problem was fixed in a timely matter. I'm excited about calling Union landing my home. ???”

“My husband and I came to do a tour and the model apartment was perfect. The leasing agent was great too and I wish I could remember her name, but I can't. Very sweet lady though as well as Ms. Lisa whom I spoke with over the phone. The only things we didn't like is ho far away from the city it is, ifykyk traffic is crazy also, the number of units. We are used to a small tight knit community where everyone knows of everyone and can easily tell who doe and doesn't belong. We are still looking at other places but this one is definitely in our top 5.”

“I’ve been living at the Parke at Oakley for a few months now and the experience has definitely been one of the best. Any time I have an issue with anything in the apartment, maintenance is always on top of it. Crystal in the leasing has also greeted me with a smile and help assist with any other issues that come about.”
