“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”
“My mom is a resident here and I feel good knowing that she is in a safe space. The entire process was easy and quick. Ms. Sheila was very professional and thorough from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable that my mother would be treated well and she has done just that. There are many activities on site to keep the residents active.”

“I want to thank Tia and the entire management/ leasing staff for making my experience pleasant, and a game changing experience.The entire staff were inviting, and professional. I stumbled across Union Landing, defeated, and ready to throw in the towel when I decided to give it one last go. After spending so much money just on application/ and administrative fees and being denied based on some credit card debt that I acquired while going through hard times really had me going into a slight case of depression ?. I can truly appreciate ?? the pre- qualification process. Knowing what you are and are not qualified before any money or personal information is being taken for no reason is GAME CHANGING- trust me!. I came in, got approved, did my part- did everything what was needed that day, and the next week I was in my READY TO MOVE IN unit- literally, ready for me, clean and all!. My daughter and I absolutely LOVE our new ?!

“My husband and I came to do a tour and the model apartment was perfect. The leasing agent was great too and I wish I could remember her name, but I can't. Very sweet lady though as well as Ms. Lisa whom I spoke with over the phone. The only things we didn't like is ho far away from the city it is, ifykyk traffic is crazy also, the number of units. We are used to a small tight knit community where everyone knows of everyone and can easily tell who doe and doesn't belong. We are still looking at other places but this one is definitely in our top 5.”
