I've requested my windows being sealed. However my blinds in my bedroom broke opening them to seal the edges with silicon calling. It's been 2 weeks, no blind has been replaced. Roaches appear here and there. Now stained liquid solution from upstairs apt running down my wall in my living room. I took pictures.
