“I’ve been to Seed Factory many times and always find adorable gifts for my nieces and nephews. I especially love their diverse book selection and toys that break the traditional overly bright color scheme. The staff is always very chatty, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can find small items that are affordable, but keep in mind this store does tend towards a higher price point. In this case you definitely get what you pay for with specially crafted pieces and eco friendly practices.”

I purchased several dresses for both work and casual that can be dressed up or down and I'm not a dress person I prefer skirts, but I loved them so much!! I'm a plus girl and the styles were fabulous and the prices were amazing, so affordable I couldn't believe it at first! Thank you, thank you thank you to whoever chose these for the store. “Visited this location to see what brands they carry. Walked in and was greeted with a smile. The store was clean and organized. The service was very helpful. I found so much product and accessories my kids would love for summer and back to school. They also carry alot of Steve madden handbags. Good quality product for the price points. They also have layaway and Zip which you can pay in 4 installments every 2 weeks. That a budget saver. I definitely recommend visiting this location.”
“Always great for disposable quick items you need in a pinch.They got staples like tanks hoodies jeans and jackets and also they have great things you can use as costumes here too. I don't mind trying new things here or cutting up things here I bought to try new ideas because it's not expensive.Then you find things you didn't know you needed.”
“I have frequent this location many times. Please find there's a wonderful worker Ms.Powell/Hinton that goes beyond the call of duty and greets all customers with a beautiful burst of welcoming energy and kindness you never find in other stores in coming in contact with employees. She is extremely helpful and informative and shows genuine concern in wanting to assist you. Even when customers are rude she continues to carry on in a polite and professional manner. Rainbow Shop is lucky to have her and l hope they hire more in the likes of her but in the meantime promote and award with a raise!”

“It’s amazing that despite the passing of two decades when I shopped for my own babies, this Wonderful gem still offers every beautiful item one could need for a baby shower, or a friend’s grandchild, or beloved newborn on the way in the family. I had to find a quick, beautifully wrapped, gorgeous hip baby outfit that i also wanted to be timeless and impeccable. PLUS a cool big sis gift. And both recipients live in NYC and the mom is a lauded author written up in The NY Times just this week! Of course, Vicki nailed it and helped me snag the perfect items for baby and big sis. And i got this gorgeous letter in the mail today, too. Truly says it all. Children’s Shop is the most fabulous stop for all your needs! Cheers to over 20 years of helping us all, you guys !”

“I’d stopped coming to this location because the staff was always rude. However, today when I went to pick up an order I had the pleasure of being serviced by India and Manager Brittany. I’d ordered over $300 in items to be shipped to the store, I came alone and I’m pregnant. They knew I wouldn’t be able to carry the box alone and assisted in a way that that store NEVER has before. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism and will return just because of them. If you ladies read this, I am truly grateful!”

Not sure if they train their employees to be this courteous and knowledgeable about their job but I don't think she ever remembers me when I come in. So I think it's just natural for her.
