“Every time I go to this Old Navy location I've been helped by an employee named Jawanna. She literally makes my shopping experience there pleasant every single time. Not sure if they train their employees to be this courteous and knowledgeable about their job but I don't think she ever remembers me when I come in. So I think it's just natural for her. And yes I am writing this review so that she can get the recognition from the company she deserves.”
