“I was skeptical to move to these apartments but I took chance , Its been a month and I am impressed with the maintenance team and Staff at Lease office , especially Briana , she is very polite and sweet and works on your issues quickly. I still have 11 months to go ...:) and I and hoping they will go well by staying here. Prices are reasonable and Apartments are good so going well so far. Please dont hesitate to explore this option in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area where other apartments are way to expensive. Its closer to Marta as well. I am a real resident who has written real review.”

“We moved in at the beginning of September, and have had such a wonderful experience so far! Lots of time was spent taking tours of a variety of communities and I am very pleased with our decision to make The Columns at Lake Ridge our new home. Will and Jaden in the front office are always very helpful and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled very promptly. The grounds and amenities are very taken care of. The townhome floorplans are very unique and spacious. I highly recommend coming and seeing it for yourself if you are looking for a new place to live!”

“The renovations team does a wonderful job with renovating the unit, very crisp and clean look, and the leasing team is really great, they are very easy to talk with and very helpful, the maintenance team works very hard to make sure everything is taking care of.”
“I moved in here in 2021. I had previously lived here in the past as well from 2017 until 2019. Had to move in with family for medical reasons for a while. The management here is very approachable. The apps for making payments and filing request for the complex to fix things is very awesome and accessible for people with disabilities. The management works with people who are disabled as well accomodating any needs necessary that are reasonable. I have had no issues here either time that were not resolved. It is a good safe place to live as a single person or family with kids. There are lots of food places close by and of course door dash and uber as well. It also has the best rent prices in a 40 mile area last time I checked in March 2021. You can't beat that. I give Atlantic North Springs and the AP companies my highest recommendation.”
