“Update to review. Gravity Autos (Sam) found us another more reliable vehicle and really went above to take care of us. This was after I had spoke with the owner multiple times (Adele). Adele and Sam put together a proposal to give me for my Jeep that I purchased there exactly what I paid for it towards another vehicle. I’ve been so far very pleased with the new vehicle they found for me, and will update my review if that changes. However with that said I will give them 4 stars, because they have worked hard to resolve the issue. I think it’s safe to purchase through GAD.

Gravity Autos Duluth…. Wow what an experience. It wasn’t all terrible however they sold me a vehicle and less than 12 hrs later that vehicle broke down. They had reset the codes less than 10 miles before my test drive. They did give me a loaner vehicle after some very heated conversation where my SO was yelled at and told he was ignorant to think they should give us a loaner while ours was repaired. (By Sam)

We contacted Gravity when the 30 days was approaching to let them know that the dealer who had our vehicle would not have it ready until the end of June. They said that was fine. This week however they contacted us to let us know they had sold the vehicle we were driving and they needed it back.

The fraud of clearing the codes less than 10 miles prior to my test drive and purchase is huge. However, the fact that they allowed myself and two children to get in this unsafe vehicle that was throwing metal shards through my entire fuel injection system to drive down the interstate home at night from a place 3 hrs away from our home is mind blowing. If you are thinking about doing business with this establishment I would definitely think twice.

Gabe…. The salesman was great. Very kind, very helpful, and even apologetic towards us for the way we were treated by the employees of Gravity Autos Duluth (his coworkers). Gabe is great. I’m fairly certain he knew nothing about any of the shady business that has taken place within the establishment.”

I made the mistake of taking it to a repair shop trying to save some money and they completely mis diagnosed my car and told me I needed a new motor and charged me several thousand dollars and it would barely run when I picked it up. The Tech did the diagnostic and Matthew walked me through the process of the repair. They fixed the mess the other shop screwed up an fixed the real problem. “I bought a car back in December 2023, before doing a review I wanted to wait 3 months of having the car with no major issues.
The only thing was the window motor needs to be fixed, and he actually bought the part for me to get it fixed but I haven't had the time to chase down the mechanic that he left the parts with. He seems like a good guy in my opinion and if I need to buy another cash car I'll look him up again .”

“Great price and easy to work with. Nina went above and beyond to help me secure my purchase ahead of time. She worked with us to get us where we needed to be with monthly payments and gave me a great offer on my trade-in. She was kind, patient and professional. Only giving 4 stars for now bc I did have an issue with my purchase and not sure what it is just yet, but they are working with me to fix it. Will update to 5 stars as long as they can fix and confirm it is nothing major. Would still highly recommend despite the issue, due to my great experience alone. ☺️

“I wanted to wait until a decent amount of time had passed before posted my review ,after having my car for about 2 weeks i am very happy with my purchase of my 2020 Toyota Camry. Fernando was our sales rep and did a great job of showing good customer service. We even took one of the cars on a test drive down the highway in midday traffic and was not hounded on when we were returning. I would definitely recommend this car lot to anyone that is looking to purchase a used car at affordable rates. The price you see online is the price you pay for the car itself. Not to mention every car on their website has a Carfax so if you want the details on the car, the Carfax is already posted.
