The Sales team is awesome and I absolutely love their nationwide stock of used cars! the warranty they offer is also the best warranty, and cheapest, you can get on a car and I've used it once with absolutely no hassle at all. The service team is also really awesome! The windshield of my mustang I purchased had a stress crack in it the day after I got the car and they replaced it with no problems whatsoever. Update: Had to bring my car into a ford dealership for a recall and the dealership was HELL!! but I gave Carmax's service department a call and they took very very good care of my problem!! The service manager Tata is so extremely helpful and I hope she gets a super hefty raise soon for such amazing customer service!”
