“I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”

“I honestly don’t understand why this FedEx location has such a low rating — it truly deserves more recognition. Ms. Teria was absolutely incredible and the definition of professional. She went above and beyond to help me, even waiting for me while I stepped out for over an hour. I witnessed her assist other customers with the same kindness and patience.
I came in for a passport name change and realized I forgot some important documents. She helped me locate the missing files and even printed them out for me. Her level of service was not only efficient but also genuinely caring.
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Ms. Teria is a gem, and this location is lucky to have her.”

“I was skeptical about this place at first because of the reviews and also the place isn't the nicest looking but I needed to get my fingerprints scanned and I had already gone to 3 other postals and called many more. There was many people there especially considering it was a weekday but I was only there for 15 minutes and I was done. The check in process was easy, all I had to do was put in my information in a little computer. And then I waited for the lady working to call my name. I didn't have an ID but she accepted my passport. The scanning process was super easy and I finished very fast. I personally thought this place was great and my results came back super fast. My job had emailed me that my results came back a few hours after I went. Idk if it helps but I got it for gaps gemalto.”
