“I was skeptical about renting a unit online but the entire process was so seem less. Once I filled out the form and submitted the initial payment everything including unit number, passcode and a map highlighting my unit was emailed to me. When I arrived I had no trouble using the access code to enter the facility and thanks to the map went straight to my unit. There was a bag placed inside with a welcome letter and a lock. The unit was spotless and the size was nice and fit my needs. I only took away a star because I arrived in town on a Sunday to store my things and the restrooms were locked with a message saying to see attendant; however, they are closed on Sundays so no attendant available. Otherwise a solid 4.5 stars”
