Great service. Not cheap, but very thorough. I have an A8 with >100k miles and a couple strange problems. Glen got the most experienced person on it and it was resolved without a lot of expense and time. I feel good about this car going forward, so that’s all good.

Couldn't be happier with our experience and purchase here. Damon Wright went on multiple test drives with us, answered every question, and stayed in contact with us while we took a few weeks to do some research. Have called their parts department 7 times now over the span of 1.5 hours. Someone picks up and says parts hold and immediately places the call on hold. 8-11 min later the call is dropped. Left a message for the parts manager AJ. Doubtful that he will return the call. Sad I have to go to another dealer for Audi parts.

90 days. That's how long it took me to get the tag and title for the car I purchased from this place. I purchased a used Honda cash from this location in June of this year. Almost immediately after making the purchase, the salesman that worked with me left the dealership (not sketchy at all).When the plates for my car didn't arrive before the expiration of the temporary ones, I called the dealership to ask for an update. Absolutely no one knew anything about my purchase or could give me an answer about the location of the tags. They recommended that I reach out to the former salesman that I'd worked with. Of course, he told me that I needed to speak to the dealership and not him. And so began the back and forth.On multiple occasions, I spoke with people in the title and tag office as well as sales managers. Each person that I spoke to always promised to call me back the next business day and never did. At one point, I was told that the reason that I hadn't received my title or tag yet was because there was a lien on the car in the previous owner's state. I spent July and August calling in for updates and coming into the dealership. I attempted to file a complaint twice, and each time I was told that I would be given a free service for my trouble. However, no one gave me answers as to what was happening with my tag and title, or when they would arrive. NOT ONCE did anyone call me with updates. I got so worried at one point that I opened a case with Gwinnett PD via their non emergency line.The last time I called, the general sales manger Richard finally assisted me. Within 10 days, my plates were in my mailbox. In mid September, I was finally able to drive the car I'd purchased 3 months prior. Thank God I had a backup vehicle this entire time because otherwise, who knows what would have happened.TLDR:No matter what deal, no matter how smiley the sales staff is, I will never do business with them again because of their poor customer service. There's no excuse as to why I can come in and pay cash for a car to avoid complications and end up having to jump through hoops and do my own leg work to find out what's going on with my vehicle title and tag. What they did was not illegal, but definitely unethical and unprofessional. I would not work with them again or recommend you deal with them at all.

Fast and sufficient. Great customer service. I really enjoy how they use technology where you can text the service associate and technician work on your car. The technician provided a video introducing themselves as well as identifying the conditions of your car and what they will be working on. Truly impressive.

I had pretty much given up in getting the exact car I wanted when Mel called and asked had I found a car yet with the exact specs I was looking for ! He checked the car facts and talked about the certified inspection ! He was able to answer any questions I had and for one car that was not running right he didn’t sell it too me ! I appreciate Mel’s diligence and the dealership consistently working with us with their Amazing customer service !I love the car and it also came with a 10 year roll over power train warranty which put my mind at ease after my experience at gravity auto not being the best !This dealership will definitely take care of you so if you want a seamless Experience from start to finish ask for Mel and tell him Joclyn sent you !If you follow me, you know I’ll come back and update you guys in a year to tell you have a car still running !

I expected better! When I called to make my oil change appointment, the representative was very nice and helpful. I had an appointment for 7:30 am. I was told they'd be doing my 10K mileage check which was oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later!!!! I was told the tires didn't need to be rotated so just an oil change and a 5 point inspection was done. At this point I had missed another appointment that was set for 10:30. I have NEVER waited this long for any type of service in the past. I didn't say anything, although fuming inside. I was told they'd bring my car around. 25 minutes later I am still standing there and nothing. A sales person approached me outside and said he heard I wanted to trade in my car for another? WHAT??? I just bought this one and I never mentioned that to anyone. My car was finally brought around. 3.5 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous!!! The waiting area is abysmal. Certainly not enough room for all the people. No outlets for working people and their computers. The coffee machine wasn't working. I am truly sorry I purchased this car. My first AUDI and my last. The sad part is I heard the service at the Roswell dealership isn't any better. Next time I will ask for a loaner. This type of service should NEVER happen.

My experience at Audi Gwinnett from start to finish was efficient, quick & easy. My Senior Audi Brand Specialist was Shawn Samuda and he took great care of me. I had everything planned out so things went pretty quick. I love the fact that the dealership had a guaranteed promise of getting me out the door with my new car within 2 hours or the 1st car payment would be on the dealer. I made sure to hold them to this standard and they delivered.If you are looking for dealership specialist who will listen to your concerns/wants and delivery and offer you the best, please ask for Shawn directly and said Mac sent you. Shaq Chavis was incredible. He met us as we walked in, he listened to everything I wanted and needed in a car, including space, perks and price. He took us for a test drive and pointed out the amazing features. He really sold us on this car, because I was thinking about the BMW X3. During the buying process he was knowledgeable and courteous and extremely helpful. He was terrific.

KT (Kartez) Hall is amazing ! I bought two Audis from him and would follow him if he left. He is kind, patient and not overbearing and pushy like other salesmen. When I came back to buy my second he knew exactly my style. Me and my daughter truly think he is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Lack of intentionality with customers. “Someone will be with you”, feels less than caring. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was told “something in the back was tightened too”. Please prove the courtesy of a detailed explanation of explanation of the services rendered. This was a McDonald’s experience when I should at least feel like Chic-fil-A when having my Audi serviced.Please step it up on the customer’s experience.

If you have nothing better to do than sit here for 3hrs for a simple oil change then this is the place for you! Even with an appointment….3hrs. I don’t recommend & won’t be back. Oh they also recommended 4 new tires & alignment. Pics for tread reference
