Purchased a pre owned certified XT5 through James Shelllaugh, a pleasant experience. Some attempts to purchase other brands of autos, was frustrating and there was no negotiating either their price or walk. Glad I kept looking and was very impressed with the results.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. After driving 3 hours on the promise that they would hold a car for us, they allowed someone who arrived an hour before us to buy the car BECAUSE SHE CRIED. Not my first Cadillac but I will never buy one from here.
