Came and picked up my car dropped it off at the auto shop so easily I was shocked. We even had a great life conversation and I came away with some sound life advice. If you’re going to have a roadside emergency God forbid, First Place will take care of you. I wish I could give this company more stars for real.”

“These guys are great - above and beyond the call of duty! All of the lug nuts on our flat tire were rusty and hard as heck to remove. Once they saw that was the case, rather than just recommend towing to a service station, they worked super hard, got the old tire off nicely, the spare on securely, and we were back on the road in less than a half hour. Impressively hard work and a really positive, helpful attitude throughout. Made a miserable situation so much better than we could ever have expected. After waiting 20+ hours for Audi Roadside Assistance to send someone (only to be unsuccessful in jumping my car), I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my car started. I called Superior and they answered promptly, arrived in an hour and successfully jumped my car on the first try. They even went the extra mile answering all of my questions and drove behind me on the way to dealer since they were headed in the same direction.
